Why the Rest of the House Matters to Us
Ask anyone who has lived through a remodel what they remember, and it is rarely the tile. It is grit on the stairs, a film of dust on the bookshelves, mud tracked down the hallway, and the feeling that the house stopped being theirs for a while.
We set up our jobs to prevent that. Runners go down from the door to the work area, plastic barriers close off the room, and the site is cleaned before we leave each day. The scope, the schedule and every change are written down, so the paperwork stays as orderly as the house.

Dust barriers and floor protection go up before demolition and stay up until the messy work is done, so the rest of the home stays clean enough to live in normally.

A daily reset
Before the crew leaves, debris is hauled out or bagged, floors are vacuumed and tools are put away, so you are not stepping around the job at night.

The itemized estimate, the written schedule and each change order come to you in writing. Nothing extra is built until you have read the price and signed.
