Room by room, or all at once
Whole-Home Renovations in Bogart, Phased Around Your Family
When most of the house needs work, we plan the phases so you keep a working bathroom and part of the kitchen, and seal each section off while it is rebuilt.

Staying Home Through a Big Renovation
A whole-home renovation can be done with the family still living there, if it is planned for that from day one. We split the house into phases, keep a bathroom and a basic kitchen working wherever the layout allows, and close each phase off behind dust barriers while it is torn open.
Some projects really do go faster with the house empty for a few weeks. If yours is one of them, we will say so on the call rather than after demolition.
What a Renovation Can Take In
-
Reworked floor plans
Walls removed or moved, a kitchen opened to the family room or a cramped hall reshaped, with load-bearing questions settled before anything is torn out.
-
Systems updated while walls are open
The pipe and wiring changes a new layout demands are done during framing, so each wall gets opened once and closed once instead of twice.
-
Kitchens and baths, phased
Sequenced so you are never without a working bathroom and, where possible, a place to cook, even when both rooms are on the list.
-
Consistent finishes
Paint, trim, doors and fixtures chosen once and carried through the house, so every room looks like part of the same renovation.
Questions to Settle Early
-
Stay or relocate for a stretch
Phased work lets most households stay. A full gut that opens every room at once usually goes faster, and is easier on everyone, with a short move out.
-
Which rooms stay in use
Decide which bedroom, which bathroom and which corner of the kitchen you need during each phase. The phase plan is built around those answers.
-
Older paint
Paint applied before 1978 may contain lead. If yours does, sanding, containment and cleanup follow lead-safe practice, and that work goes on the estimate.
Whole-Home Renovation FAQs
Will dust spread through the whole house?
Not if the work area is contained properly. Each phase is closed off with plastic barriers, floors along the crew's path are covered, and the area is cleaned every day. Some fine dust can still travel, so we also cover what stays in nearby rooms.
Does a renovation this size need permits?
Usually. Structural changes, new circuits and moved plumbing generally require them. We tell you which ones your project calls for and build the work to pass inspection.
