Information We Collect

If you phone us, we may note your name, a number to reach you on, the project address, which rooms or spaces you want to change, the scope you are considering and when you would like the work to start.

Our hosting provider may also record standard technical information while you browse, for example your browser, device type and the pages you open.

How We Use Your Information

The information you give us is used to plan and carry out the remodeling work you ask about: returning your call, arranging a walkthrough, writing up the scope, scheduling and staying in touch during the project. Browsing data is used only to keep the site working well.

Cookies and Tracking

No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used here. Any cookies that do appear are the essential ones our hosting provider needs to deliver the site, and you can remove them in your browser.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with people and providers who help us deliver your project, such as trade partners or material suppliers working on your job, and only as far as they need it, or when the law requires.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.

Your Choices and Rights

If you would like to know what we hold about you, correct something, or have your details removed where we are not obliged to keep them, call us and we will take care of it.

Third-Party Links

Where this site links elsewhere, those websites follow their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults planning work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
